Rhiza Babuyile believes in developing our communities and reintegrating individuals into society. We’re built on a ready-to-serve principle, building skilled and sustainable communities on generous spirit and future opportunities. Established in 2010, our humble beginnings laid the foundation for holistic community development. In 2014, our focus changed from “Every Child to School” to holistic community development. Today, we focus on healthcare, education and the green economy to holistically develop underserved communities, with the aim of them becoming self-sustaining. We uplift people and provide them with the tools required to become economically active and contribute positively to society at large.
Over the years we have witnessed transformation in both people and in communities, where individuals have sustainably entered the economy, families have access to lifesaving healthcare services and children and young people can develop themselves through access to quality education.
These developments in our communities and the people within them cultivate hope for a more equitable society, in what is currently still the most economically unequal country in the world.

Education is the cornerstone of progress. That’s why we’re investing in Early Childhood Development Centers, laying the foundation for brighter futures, one child at a time. Education also inspires curiosity, which is why we provide Robotics training in Primary School and why we train young people in IT related skills.
Healthcare is a right, not a privilege. Our clinics ensure that everyone has access to quality care, bridging gaps and building healthier communities.
Green Economy: we combine entrepreneurial activity with environmentally sustainable projects in alternative energy, water & sanitation and agriculture, in order to be good for both people in planet.

Our ideas offer a new and more effective approach as it is based on principles that are proven to lead to impact and financially viable solutions. The main principle applied for both ideas described above is called market creating innovation, which essentially means that innovations are used in order to create markets that did not exist before.
